  They replaced our roof as an insurance job. There were some delays, but overall I was pleased with the work. We did discover some minor issues where the black trim was separated, but it wasn't a huge deal. When the work was completed I asked the installer leading the job for an estimate to a install new eavestrough on the front of my house. He provided a price and his phone number and said he would return in 3-4 weeks to do the job. 6 weeks passed and he did not return, nor did I hear from him, so I tried to call, left several voicemails and several text messages. No response. I assumed they may have gone out of business. After winter my wife called from her phone because we needed the job to be done. The person that gave us his number answered the phone and said he would phone her back in a couple days. That was 2 and a half weeks ago. This company does decent work, but they aren't terribly reliable. If they weren't interested in the eavestrough job, I would have appreciated them being upfront and telling us.
